Can I purchase 2 towels and have them shipped to 2 different addresses?
- Yes, although the orders must be made separately. Since PayPal will only allow one shipping address per order, you need to make separate orders for each new shipping address.
Can I include a personal note to the recipient?
- Yes, we can do this for you. Simply email the request and the contents of the note via the comment section of the order or go to our Contact page. We will also remove the price tags, if you would like.
Can I get a receipt sent to me, if I am sending the items as a gift?
- Yes, please request the delivery of the receipt to Order@yikestwins.com.

What is the return and/or exchange policy?
- Exchanges can be made for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods. The only exception to this policy is towels that have been personalized or special orders, these sales are final. Please address any questions or special circumstances to Order@yikestwins.com.
